This lemon loaf cake is perfect for any spring or summer day, well really any time of the year because it’s that good. It’s not too sweet so it’s good in the AM with a cup of coffee, but you can also add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream to satisfy your sweet tooth at night. The white chocolate lemon icing is so easy to make and so good. Sweet and tart!
